Class Schedule

TONIFIK PILATES – Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm
A fun and solid intermediate level class to sculpt the waistline, hips, thighs and bum with a continuous flow for a gentle cardio workout. Balance is challenged in a range of position to gain healthy mobility and strength in all joints and overall body. Integrated “Core Connection” exercises are the foundation for this specialized class.
Pre-Requisite:
Note: Intermediate level class
Prior experience in Pilates is not mandatory but would be ideal to get the full benefit of the class. 
Yoga experience is welcome.
Primarily Registration based
Drop ins welcome (please refer to pre-requisites)
