Welcome to Yoga à La Grange, Wakefield’s premiere yoga studio.
We invite you to discover the benefits of yoga in our beautiful loft setting overlooking the Gatineau Hills.
Most of our classes are offered on a drop-in basis, and so are open to locals and visitors alike. If you’ve never tried yoga before, join us at any drop-in class to discover what yoga has to offer. Don’t worry if you’re not flexible – that’s ok! You don’t have to be able to touch your toes to take a yoga class – though if you keep taking classes, you’ll be able to in no time. Yoga is great because anyone can do it. It is completely non-competitive and geared to the individual. If you’re a seasoned yogi, try one of our more vigorous classes or check out a type of yoga new to you. With our drop-in system, you are welcome to experiment with different teachers and classes to find your personal favorite.
We also regularly offer other non-yoga classes in the studio, such as Tai Chi, Pilates, Dance, Meditation, etc.
